Well it certainly was that - the snow fell in big flakes and the bride had the appropriate footwear! It was a magical day, topped with naming their child. The ceremony was held in the garden at Chilly Powder....just stunning.

Gorgeous day and gorgeous family. Steph and Dom were married in the church in Morzine with the reception held at the Farmhouse. There were many 'semolina' moments and am sure there will have been some sore heads in the morning!!

Lake Montriond never fails...just look at the colours...oh and the gorgeous family too! Nathan came up trumps with some smiles and we even managed to get Daisy in some shots.

With the ceremony at their local townhall in Veigy Foncenex, followed by a reception in Yvoire, what a perfect setting. Truely wonderful day...and a few bottoms being pinched!

What a scorcher for the bride and groom!! The blessing took place at Lake Montriond, then off to Chilly Powder for the wonderful wedding breakfast and party. Just beautiful settings.

I followed Kate and Dave, with their three children, through part of their wedding and was lucky enough to capture some stunning shots in the grounds of St Jean Abbaye, a place well worth visiting. Within half an hour we had a fun time, playing around in the snow just letting Jacquie capture the natural moments of mummy and daughter. Arrange to meet Jacquie at your favourite location and have a photo session to capture yourselves in your natural enviroment, doing what you like to do. The Great Escape chalet company had a group of young adults with learning difficulties out for a week. I followed them on just one of their activities during the week, snow shoeing, led by Gareth from Endless Trails. Great morning out! Check out the photos. For the second year running I linked up with Freedom 2 Ski, a ski school offering lessons in the Portes du Soleil to offer an extra service. I followed various ski lessons to capture the children in action. At the end of the week there was an opportunity for parents to buy a CD of their child in its group. The CD included action shots of individual children, a group photo and individual portraits. (www.freedom2ski.com)

Last winter I teamed up with Chilly Powder Chalet Company, based in Morzine. They have an inhouse creche and each week I would spend an afternoon with the children taking photographs of them playing in the snow. During the week I would visit the Chalet where parents had the opportunity to buy a CD of their child. Here are just a sample of the photographs. I will be there this coming winter. Jacquie has skied for more than 20 years. She will join you for a morning or afternoon ski, taking action shots or portraits of your group (maximum 8 people). She will then provide you with a CD of all the photographs. Prints are also available.

Meet Jacquie on your downhill run, doing jumps or in the forest to get that action shot you have been after to show to your friends and family.

Many events pass through Morzine, including in the summer the Tour de France, Mont Blanc Rally and in 2008 the Avoriaz Roof’n Slopestyle.
